When I’m home in Hawaii for any extended period of time, I tend to fall into a sleepy little routine that consists of a short early-morning workout, green tea and online shopping/browsing, writing a few words towards whatever extracurricular project I’m working on at the moment, beach, surf, movies, dinner, book, bed. Also, I usually don’t drink alcohol while I’m here, as I hate being tipsy in front of family and people here are generally not big into drinking anyway.
So, I’m sitting here at my mom’s kitchen table at 8:28 am, well into the green tea/shopping part of my fourth day home and I stumbled upon these AMAZING hoof-like shoe-boots from Acne. They’re ridiculously high, which I love, and they’re a little bit tough without being totally manly like some of the “creepers” I’ve seen on the market lately. I need.
