1. I’ve been spending Christmas at the Karchers on the Upper East Side for the past few years. The tree is always spectacular and the dinner is just beyond—prime rib, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, sauteed vegetables, yorkshire pudding, pecan pie, peppermint ice cream, and apple cobbler. I cannot move.
