1. Foie Gras and Chocolate

    I’ve had about 18 pieces of chocolate today. Unfortunately, that is in no way an exaggeration. Also, I can’t stop eating foie gras. I’ve ordered it at almost every single meal! I always thought I was against foie gras—the exploding force-fed goose thing and all. I hadn’t touched it in years before this week. Apparently, I’m now totally fine with it. Funny how a transcendently good slab of duck liver will change your mind so quickly.
