I was thinking about wearing this little Jill Stuart dress from her Spring 2010 collection on NYE—it fits the criteria (sparkly, mini, festive). Thing is, I have a weird superstitious thing about wearing old things on NYE—it feels like a night when you should be in something brand new to start the new year, non?
