1. Went to brunch at Alias (76 Clinton Street, 212-505-5011) yesterday afternoon with Vicky. Their menu was a brunch-lover’s dream. I had biscuits and gravy with two eggs sunny side up along with a side of Anson Mills cheese grits. Yummmmm. This restaurant is known for it’s reliance on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Best biscuits I’ve ever had.
