This was during one of the final shots we filmed for the Macy’s summer entertaining guide I hosted. That’s Jake holding the boom (ed: I think that’s what it’s called…??) so that the camera would be sure to pick up my words over any outdoor ambient noise (ed: I think that’s what it’s for…?).
It was the perfect day at the beach to film a video like this—sunny, calm, quiet, and peaceful. And most importantly, I was in the company of an awesome crew of people :)
