1. New Fitness Obsession

    For all my New Yorker readers, I just have one thing to say: Take a Physique 57 class asap. It is quite possibly the hardest fitness class I’ve ever taken (and I’ve taken a lot), but the most rewarding. All the women in that room were totally ripped—toned, thin, long, lean pillars of muscle. And apparently, you’re supposed to see results in as little as four or five classes.

    It’s painful—I can barely move today—but it’s so worth it.
