BREAKING! Thakoon Panichgul of the beloved namesake line Thakoon has just been named the next in line to produce a collection for Target’s Go International initiative. I cannot tell you how happy this makes me. The young designer produced one of my absolute favorite Fall collections last season; he defined the “mixed prints” trend with his quirky, offbeat florals and ombre wool jackets. I am DYING to see what he comes up with at Target’s significantly lower (i.e. affordable) price point. Something tells me it’ll be a match made in heaven.
