What a sight for sore eyes/tired post-NY-fashion-week spirits/Wall Street financial ruin/etc/etc. Looking at Luella Bartley’s Spring 2009 collection when I got into the office this morning literally lifted my mood and made me think of prom dresses, garden parties, and cool girls with a liberal sprinkling of purposeful eccentricity. My favorite dress in the line up came towards the end on Kim Noorda in the form of the frothy one-shoulder confection pictured above.
Also, the hats! I’m obsessed. Good-bye feathered headbands, hello bow hats with veils. Love, love, love.
