The traditional annual Karcher Christmas meal: fresh crab wontons, perfectly rare prime rib, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, yorkshire pudding, salad, and tons of champagne and wine. Of course, they make every single thing from scratch including their famously delicious baked goods. This year, it was Mexican wedding cookies that quite literally melted in my mouth. I should know—I had four of them. Eek.
